Rear-end Collisions in Kansas

Manhattan, KS - Three Hurt in Rear-end Crash on K-18It is hard to predict if or when you will be involved in a life-changing auto accident. When someone hits you from behind, it is almost impossible to know when it will happen unless your eyes are glued to the rearview mirror. With over 1.7 million reported crashes annually, rear-end collisions are the most commonly reported kind of collision in the United States. On average, there are 1,700 fatalities and 500,000 injuries caused by nearly two million rear-end crashes nationwide each year. In most cases, the driver from behind is at fault for these kinds of crashes, and the jerky motion caused by a rear impact can easily leave you with neck injuries or torsion.
