Bretz Injury Law and the Bretz Law Offices Charitable Foundation present our Harley-Davidson Cross Bones Giveaway. We have partnered with Salty Cycles to restore and customize a 2009 Harley-Davidson Cross Bones to give away for charity. All proceeds will benefit MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving), and K9s for Warriors, a nonprofit that matches service dogs with wounded veterans.

How to Enter

Tickets are $50 each and may be purchased online via the Bretz Injury Law website or in person at designated locations. A maximum of 500 tickets will be sold. Each ticket purchased equals one (1) entry into the drawing. No more than 500 entries will be accepted. Tickets are non-refundable.

The Rules

• Participants must be 18 years of age to enter
• Must be a legal resident of Kansas (USA)
• Must agree to the terms of these official rules
• The winner is responsible for pickup of the motorcycle.
• The prize will be awarded “as-is” with no warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind from Bretz Injury Law or its partners.
• Winner assumes all responsibility for taxes, title, registration, insurance, and any transportation or delivery costs.

Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years of age and legal residents of the United States.

Winner Selection

The drawing will be held after all 500 tickets have been sold, on a date to be announced. The winning ticket will be selected at random. The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email. The winner does not need to be present to win.

All proceeds from this fundraiser benefit:

• Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD)
• K9s for Warriors

Both organizations are 501(c)(3) nonprofits.
