Lawrence, KS (August 17, 2024) – At least one person suffered injuries in the aftermath of a car wreck in the Lawrence area on Thursday, August 15. The accident took place at the intersection of McDonald Drive and W. 2nd Street early that morning, around 2:25 p.m. Emergency responders were quickly dispatched to render aid to the involved parties.
