Losing control of a vehicle can lead to devastating accidents, particularly in rural areas where roads may be narrow or poorly maintained. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), loss-of-control accidents account for a significant portion of serious crashes nationwide. Factors such as overcorrection, road conditions, and vehicle instability contribute to these incidents. Drivers are encouraged to remain vigilant and practice defensive driving to minimize these risks.
